This "bumper to bumper" warranty includes machine, gun, and hose assembly. Replacement parts and service are covered.This limited one year warranty applies only to products used in consumer applications and does not apply to rental or commercial applications. Items must be returned in NEW & UNUSED CONDITION. The condition must be the same as it was when delivered to you from the warehouse. DAMAGE DUE TO SHIPPING, OR MANUFACTURING DEFECTS, MUST BE REPORTED WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE PRODUCT TO QUALIFY FOR REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND. Refunds will be granted for items returned within 30 days from when the item was received, the refund will be credited in the same form as the original payment type. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless item was proven defective. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below. If you have an exchange, additional shipping or handling charges may be incurred. Returns, errors in purchasing and refused shipments are subject to an additional 20% restocking fee depending on the size and value of the product.
